Promote AI best practices and customer success frameworks.
Lead programs to scale enablement and improve adoption.
Contribute to product strategy via customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in CS, Solutions Eng, or related roles.
Experience leading workshops and executive engagements.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Support, Sales.
ITIL knowledge; ITIL cert preferred.
ES M, workflow automation,AI-enabled ops experience.
Strong analytical and stakeholder mgmt skills.
