Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and how to improve them.
• Provide analysis-backed ideas to improve clinical and business efficacy.
• Build trust with partners and explain KPI logic.
• Use data, analysis and modeling to improve KPIs and operations.
• Partner with Data Warehousing to design semantic layers and data marts.
• Serve as SME to translate information into KPIs and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in data and analytics.
• Minimum three years in healthcare with provider/payor ops exposure.
• Minimum three years' experience with claims data and provider network data.
• Health plan analytics: eligibility, enrollment, contracting, claims.
• Five years' experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI; Databricks/GitHub a plus.
