Lead Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build, test and roll out underwriting and risk models
• Own the full modeling lifecycle from conception to production
• Build and roll out models for fraud and payments
• Contribute to feature development, model training and monitoring
• Analyze customer shifts and pinpoint areas to improve
• Help Engineering and Business teams achieve cross-functional goals

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of data science experience (modeling + analysis)
• Advanced degree in data science, statistics, CS, or related field
• Proven machine learning expertise
• Python experience with scikit-learn, JupyterLab, pandas
• SQL with ability to join multiple data sources
• End-to-end DS: ideation to deployment with AB testing
