📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and design to improve acquisition, activation, retention
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to uncover growth opportunities and support
• Develop experimentation and decision-making frameworks to launch, learn, and iterate with
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to keep teams aligned around outcomes.
• Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI
• Strong product and commercial intuition, connecting user behavior to business outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or
