🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Science; 8+ years DB admin/ops.
• Deep MySQL expertise: design, config, security, replication, tuning.
• Automation and cloud: scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby); AWS; RDS/Aurora; Azure/GCP a plus.
• Observability: monitoring dashboards with PMM, New Relic, VividCortex.
• HA and DR: failover, Orchestrator, resilience.
• Preferred: PostgreSQL or MongoDB; Chef/Puppet; Terraform; GitHub workflows; certs.
