Lead DevSecOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Own security across product and tech estate as our first Lead DevSecOps Engineer.
• Define 12–18 month security roadmap and embed security as the default option for engineers.
• Balance work between strategic governance, shift-left security in CI/CD, and hands-on engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience embedding security into fast-moving product engineering in AWS (ECS/Fargate) and GCP.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD security, least-privilege identity, policy-as-code, and
• Hands-on use of agentic coding tools to accelerate security workflows and secure AI systems.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor/expert and translate technical risk for senior
