Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Assist in a residential group home for people with disabilities
• Support daily activities to ensure health and safety
• Mentor and help clients become more independent
• Provide medication administration and medical well-being
• Role model policy implementation for staff
• Coordinate groceries, transport, drills, and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License for transporting clients
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfort driving company vehicles
• Experience with adults with mental health or disabilities
• Prior residential services or leadership experience preferred
