Provide daily supports, meal help, chores, and activities to promote well‑being.
Mentor staff and ensure health, safety, and program accuracy.
Administer medications and monitor medical well‑being.
Assist with scheduling, transport, and drills; attend team meetings.
Monitor documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

🎯 Requirements

Valid Driver's License required for transportation.
High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18.
Comfort driving company vehicles to transport clients.
Experience with adults with mental health issues or disabilities.
Nice to have prior residential services experience and supervisory exposure.
