📋 Description

• Build and own the master program roadmap, translating strategic goals into clear execution plans
• Drive delivery from MVP launch to scaling, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities
• Coordinate business, product, analytics, and technology teams across multiple independent entities
• Facilitate alignment between companies, functions, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional or cross-company initiatives
• Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations
• Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and measurable actions
• Experience managing dependencies, priorities, and delivery under uncertainty
