📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering scope on complex nuclear projects
• Act as technical authority for electrical design, grid interface, power sys integration
• Own electrical deliverables schedule; ensure quality, cost, programme targets
• Represent electrical discipline in reviews, client meetings, design boards
• Coordinate with multiple engineers across concurrent projects
• On-site 3 days with flexible working

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience leading electrical engineering teams
• Strong in power systems, grid interconnections, nuclear/energy sectors
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of safety-critical industry standards and lifecycle activities
• Experience with Eastern European grid links preferred
