2+ years leading a team of 3+ engineers
5+ years owning design/implementation of large infra projects
Built/operated large-scale distributed systems on cloud providers; AWS strongly preferred
Strong Go backend programming; other compiled language acceptable
Experience with SLIs/SLOs and observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
Extensive CI/CD experience deploying production services
