🎯 Requirements

10+ years in senior business system analyst or business process architect roles in complex
Expert BPMN modeling experience for large-scale transformations.
Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engagements and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Experience developing and reviewing Application Context Diagrams and system interface diagrams.
Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
