📋 Description

• Implement and manage HSE programmes across offices, warehouses, repair centers, and branches.
• Maintain OHSMS in alignment with ISO 45001 and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct safety audits, JHAs, hazard assessments, and contractor safety reviews.
• Coordinate Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness, incident management, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee environmental and road-safety initiatives.
• Lead training and capacity-building for safety, PPE, and ergonomics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, OH&S, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in HSE/OHS across multi-site operations.
• NEBOSH, ISO 45001 lead/auditor, CSP or equivalent certs.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Act, Factories Act, NSITF; safety risk tools.
• Proven risk assessment, JHA, incident investigation, and data reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria for site audits.
