Lead and manage day-to-day activities and performance of the EHS Safety Engineering team, incl.
Oversee budgets for Safety Engineering programs across IH, Ergonomics, Equipment Safety, and
Develop engineering-based solutions to improve workplace safety and reduce incidents.
Review new safety rules and provide technical guidance to management and teams.
Provide training and coaching on IH assessments, JHAs, PHAs, safe work procedures, and permits to
Lead multi-disciplinary safety reviews to drive EHS performance across disciplines.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years in EHS program design and operation with safety engineering focus.
3+ years leadership in technical/engineering teams.
Experience with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, RIA standards.
Preferred CSP, CIH, CPE or equivalent.
Willing to relocate to Bastrop, TX; able to travel and work extended hours.
