📋 Description

• Lead analysts in managing deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder comms.
• Oversee planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic revenue apps.
• Analyze workflows via stakeholder interviews; document regulatory and policy needs.
• Design, configure, and modify complex Epic systems to meet requirements.
• Research requests and optimize apps using vendor tools and technical resources.
• Support conversions, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field, or 5+ years experience.
• At least 5 years in healthcare apps or related tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with app build, config, implementation, and support.
• Epic certification required; onboarding timeframe for certification.
• Willingness to travel for training or certification as needed.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
