Lead Federal Auditor

📋 Description

• Contribute to authorization package documentation (SSPs, POA&M, SAPs) with FedRAMP High
• Coordinate with 3PAOs and federal sponsors on scheduling and artifact prep for FedRAMP/DoD
• Implement and document NIST SP 800-53 controls across FedRAMP Moderate/High and DoD IL4/IL5
• Execute continuous monitoring: monthly vulnerability reviews and deliverables for sponsoring
• Assess cloud architectures with cloud teams to identify compliance gaps and readiness for 3PAO
• Develop FedRAMP policies and control documentation aligned with PMO/DoD guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security, compliance, or risk management with federal program exposure
• 5+ years FedRAMP experience (CSP compliance, 3PAO, or agency SSA/ISSO activities); DoD IL4/IL5
• Strong written/verbal communication; experience producing audit findings and compliance reports
• Familiarity with DoD Cloud Computing SRG, NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and related frameworks
• Experience with cloud/SaaS environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, other IL platforms)
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CAP, Security+ or equivalent
