📋 Description

• Lead the adaptation and troubleshooting of our autonomy stack at customer sites
• Own field deployments and ensure performance with real-world data
• Travel ~50% to deployed robots and customer sites
• Collaborate with field team and product teams for improvements
• Mentor teammates as the team grows
• Interface with customers to ensure smooth handovers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in maths, CS, or related field
• Experience deploying C++ code in production
• Self-motivated in entrepreneurial environments
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues
• Strong collaboration and clear communication (English primary)
• Willingness to travel about 50% of the time
