Lead Franchise Business Consultant

📋 Description

• Drive franchisee business results within assigned portfolio.
• Lead and coach franchisees; discuss state of business and recommend tactics to improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional COE teams (Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training
• Deliver complex messages to franchisees and plan field time for in-market and virtual visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum 5 years in multi-unit operations/consulting, QSR and/or franchisee experience preferred
• Experience in multi-unit environment; knowledge of retail/restaurant ops and financial reporting
• Strong verbal/written communication; able to articulate concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to read/interpret financial statements; strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under deadline pressure
