• Lead the design and development of web and mobile ecosystems using Flutter.
• Direct WCAG-compliant interfaces for inclusive products.
• Establish data collection to monitor UX, performance, and client-side bugs.
• Manage mobile release processes for iOS and Android.
• Mentor software team with code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product/design to translate requirements into UI.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-first development mindset; experience with Claude, Cursor, Codex.
• Deep Flutter expertise for mobile and web.
• Advanced state management: BLoC, Riverpod, or Redux.
• Flutter rendering pipeline understanding; use DevTools for diagnostics.
• Custom Method Channels with native iOS (Swift) & Android (Kotlin).
• Experience with monorepos or federated plugins.
