📋 Description

• Responsibilities include Bullhorn CRM management: updating profiles, contacts, job postings, and
• Lead identification and research: find decision-makers in insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers
• Open position tracking: monitor client/prospect sites and job boards; flag new roles for outreach.
• Market intelligence: build target company lists, track hiring trends, provide summaries for biz dev.
• Required tools: Bullhorn CRM, Vonage.
• Schedule: US hours; 40 hours/week; 100% remote.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong online research skills and attention to detail.
• CRM experience (Bullhorn preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Interest in insurance or recruiting industry is a plus.
