• Own and grow outbound BD pipeline across industries

• Build relationships from outreach to contract

• Lead outreach via email, network, referrals

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in BD or sales, ideally in a digital agency/marketing/consulting
• Proven ability to build/manage a sales pipeline and hit revenue goals
• Experience owning full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Strong relationship-building and credibility quickly
• Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
