Lead GTM Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GTM cost structure: OpEx budgets, headcount planning, spend analytics, data
• Partner with Data Engineering and system owners to automate headcount reconciliations across HR
• Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards for real-time GTM visibility
• Define data architecture, KPIs, and source-of-truth models with BI teams
• Establish data quality monitoring, SOPs, and governance to drive proactive leadership
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, HR, Accounting, and Data to align financial plans with operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CS, or related field
• 3–6 years in FP&A, GTM Finance, Sales Finance, RevOps, or equivalent analytical roles
• Strong SQL skills; experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance analysis speed and accuracy
• Experience with ETL/pipeline concepts and data modeling
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
