Lead GTM Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of Skydio's GTM platform.
• Hands-on engineering leadership; mentor engineers and set engineering standards.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, and business stakeholders to solve operational
• Architect and implement AI-powered workflows and integrations for GTM ops.
• Own technical vision and contribute to architecture and codebase.
• Build and evolve scalable, production-grade systems across data, AI, and software layers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications or platform products.
• Expert-level Python and SQL; strong TypeScript or another modern language.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating SaaS platforms.
• Strong CS fundamentals: distributed systems, APIs, concurrency, design patterns.
• Cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP; Git, CI/CD, testing, deployments.
• Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional partners.
