• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships
• Define GTM talent acquisition strategy with GTM leaders
• Source and engage high-caliber active and passive candidates
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation benchmarks
• Lead searches for senior leadership or executive GTM roles as needed
• Improve GTM recruiting processes with data and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in GTM roles
• Experience in tech-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments
• Hands-on contributor managing many GTM searches
• Strong GTM metrics, quota attainment, pipeline generation knowledge
• Proactive sourcing and closing of in-demand GTM talent
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
