Minimum 18 months of hands-on FX hedging experience (forwards and options) for corporate/SME clients
Strong understanding of FX option structures and risk management
Analytical skills and market awareness (technical and fundamental)
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear actionable ideas
Sales experience or upselling ability
Excellent presentation and communication skills
