📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a development team, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Drive the Testing lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring quality releases
• Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices in software development
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and reports; share results with the team
• Improve CI pipeline and automate Web/Mobile/API tests
• Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in a related QA role
• Minimum 8 years in software testing
• 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role
• Strong understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, API testing
• Experience with Web/Android/iOS and API manual testing
• Web debugging and API testing tools (Chrome DevTools, Postman)
