📋 Description

• Lead humanitarian immigration practice focusing on Removal Defense.
• Manage EOIR, Asylum, VAWA, T-Visas, and related cases.
• Represent clients and craft legal strategies for each case.
• Attend hearings and other required legal appointments.
• Visit detention centers; travel expenses covered by company.
• Conduct consultations and guide clients to final engagement/closing.

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Professional experience in U.S. Immigration Law.
• Experience with Removal Defense / EOIR preferred.
• Knowledge of humanitarian matters (Asylum, VAWA, T-Visas).
• Fluent Spanish mandatory for consultations and conversations.
• Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills.
