Lead Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Scope and lead large, ambiguous projects for early-stage product scale
• Own and operate Kubernetes (EKS) infra managed via Porter
• Enforce Kubernetes best practices: autoscaling, health checks, rollouts
• Tune deployments for zero-downtime releases and high availability
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe delivery
• Contribute to observability and incident response across the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of Kubernetes production ops and tuning
• Strong CI/CD experience at scale
• Hunger to learn modern data engineering (lakehouse, Iceberg, CDC, dbt or Coalesce)
• Strong SQL skills for performance and cost optimization
• Cross-functional collaboration with BizOps and stakeholders
• Ownership mindset from design through operation
