• Experience with company-wide moments (all-hands, AMAs, executive announcements).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics.
• Strong executive presence and advisory capabilities for senior leaders.
• Ability to establish scalable programs, operating models, and data-driven improvements.
