🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal or executive communications.
• Proven track record leading enterprise comms strategies.
• Experience with all-hands, AMAs, executive announcements, culture initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate topics clearly.
• Strong executive presence; advise senior leaders on messaging and change.
• Scalable programs with data-driven insights; improve effectiveness.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range for Ontario/BC: 163,200 - 211,200 USD equivalent per year.
