• Lead technical design and development activities for assigned services within the Modernisation
• Create low-level designs (LLDs) and translate architectural work into detailed backlogs for the
• Develop and deliver services using Java, Spring, Kubernetes, and platform integration technologies.
• Lead engineers through technical challenges and guide others in implementation.
• Adopt shared components within the Modernisation Programme.
• Drive engineering practices and ensure technical quality across deliverables.

• Strong professional experience with Java and Spring.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and platform integration experience.
• Experience leading technical design, development, and delivery in complex environments.
• Ability to translate architectural designs into detailed solutions.
• Problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges; capable of guiding others.
• Experience technically leading and mentoring engineers.
