🎯 Requirements

• Full legal qualification (German Volljurist or equivalent) with a track record in corporate law.
• Deep expertise in German corporate law (GmbH, SE, AG) and international governance.
• Experience leading or mentoring legal teams; ability to set priorities and drive outcomes.
• Clear communication with executives; translate risk into practical guidance for Finance, People
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
