Lead Machine Learning Scientist, Business Banking

📋 Description

• Lead ML Scientist in Business Banking; technical leader and IC building ML/GenAI capabilities.
• Develop and deploy models on cloud-native data platform for hundreds of thousands of business
• Partner with Product, Data Science and Engineering to identify opportunities, size impact and
• Decide when to use ML, GenAI or simpler approaches and manage trade-offs.
• Design robust evaluation/monitoring to ship responsibly and measure impact in production.
• Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle with ML/Ops collaboration and RM lifecycle rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python; strong experience with scikit-learn; comfortable with SQL; learning Go for
• Track record of leading development and deployment of advanced ML models to production with
• Product-minded, focused on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions.
• Experience communicating ML/AI concepts to non-experts; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled product experiences; familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and agentic
• Collaborative with Product, Engineering, Design, Research and Data teams; comfortable shaping
