Lead / Manager Agentic AI Engineer - Claude Code & Codex

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents for complex, multi-step workflows using
• Integrate LLMs, agent orchestration, MCP tools, AI coding agents, context and harness engineering
• Develop agent workflows with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen
• Design context engineering strategies and agent harnesses to manage state, tool access
• Build MCP servers and tools to enable enterprise tool interactions; ensure secure tool-calling with
• Engineer production-grade AI services with Python and FastAPI; deploy in cloud/enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in Data Science/AI/ML or Software Engineering; at least 2 years in Generative AI/Agentic
• Strong Python development; experience creating APIs/AI services with FastAPI; expertise in context
• Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) including repository context and
• Hands-on with A2A, MCP (Model Context Protocol); integrating with enterprise tools via APIs
• Proficiency in LLMs, agent orchestration, multi-step workflows using LangGraph/LangChain/Semantic
• Understanding of agent architecture, tool calling, planning, state/memory management, and workflow
