Lead a team of engineers and specialists for the Starlink PCBA manufacturing team
Responsible for SMT, post-processing manufacturing processes, and testing
Implement plug-and-play processes to production for high volume throughput (3M+ per year)
Align department initiatives with manufacturing engineering goals
Own the manufacturing development strategy for quality, delivery, and cost metrics
Manage technical documentation strategy and ensure records are up-to-date

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of science in aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
Master's degree in an engineering discipline
Experience leading teams of high-performing engineers
Experience with high reliability electronics assemblies
Proficiency in electronics manufacturing techniques, PCB/PCBA, lamination, test
