🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering or mechatronics with 8+ years of hands-on design
• Deep expertise in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or NX), GD&T, tolerance analysis, structural and thermal
• Manufacturing knowledge across DFM, DFA, injection molding, CNC machining, and sheet metal.
• Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and
• Cross-functional leadership and excellent communication; comfortable using AI tools to boost
