Own mechanical engineering end-to-end for pilot line and modular units
Design system architecture for transportable micro-factory
Integrate additive manufacturing into ceramic workflows
Oversee machining, finishing, coating, and inspection processes
Lead automation, robotics, and safety systems integration
Collaborate with data software teams for structured process data

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in mechanical engineering in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
Hands-on CNC machining, fixturing, metrology
Read/create drawings with GD&T per ASME Y14.5
Automation/robotics experience in production settings
Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/NX/Creo or equivalent)
Proven hardware development from concept to debug
