📋 Description

• Manufacture product per procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and complete documentation for manufacturing steps.
• Prepare and verify batch components.
• Inspect product quality according to specifications.
• Clean the work area to avoid contamination.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to support team development.

🎯 Requirements

• MLO or HBO degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related.
• 3-5 years in production, preferably MedTech/pharma.
• Effective communication with operators and management.
• Organized, proactive, and able to oversee a dynamic production.
• Strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
