Lead Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Lead multi-channel, multi-platform motion initiatives from creative direction to final delivery.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, writers, editors, and stakeholders to translate
• Operate as an individual contributor with craft leadership and mentorship (no direct reports).

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in motion design, video, editing, or related creative fields.
• Portfolio showcasing strong motion craft, storytelling, and production judgment.
• Deep understanding of timing, pacing, easing, eye trace, tension, release, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience guiding work from brief to delivery (storyboards, animation, VFX, final output).
• Experience building or improving motion systems, templates, and workflows.
• Advanced skills with Figma, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Rive, or equivalent tools.
