🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years design experience in product, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio with motion, marketing, and product work.
• Proven ability to turn UI/brand concepts into assets quickly.
• Hands-on motion/video production with After Effects or Premiere.
• Experience creating UI animations and explainers.
• Advanced Figma skills and modern workflows.
