📋 Description

• Hybrid work schedule with Lead Mechanical Simulation Engineer reporting line.
• Focus on NVH strategy for full vehicle and integration with Self Driving System.
• Develop NVH targets, validate with tests, and optimize noise and vibration.
• Collaborate with design teams and OEMs to ensure NVH compatibility.
• Lead cross-functional CAE analyses across development stages.
• Drive adoption of emerging NVH technologies and countermeasures.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years in automotive NVH.
• Deep acoustics, vibration, modal analysis, and sound quality knowledge.
• Experience with NVH CAE tools: Nastran, Optistruct, Abaqus.
• Familiar with Hypermesh, Simlab, Ansa; NVH test tools (B&K, Simcenter Testlab).
• Proven ability to lead full-vehicle design/analysis and target setting.
• EV NVH experience and awareness of regulations is a plus.
