Implement KPI system with regular analysis and reporting.
Apply Lean and SCOR models to identify bottlenecks and boost efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouses, and external brokers.
Maintain up-to-date logistics data in ERP/WMS systems.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in logistics/SCM leadership roles.
Deep experience with Lean, BPM CBOK, and SCOR.
Advanced Excel; experience with ERP and BI data visualization.
Strong transport logistics and supply chain planning skills.
