Lead PayOps

📋 Description

• Lead the payment operations for a greenfield regulated entity in France.
• Own end-to-end execution across SEPA transfers, direct debits, cards, international transfers
• Drive operating model, controls, scalability, and incident management for payments.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Compliance and external partners to shape tooling and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments/financial operations or operational risk in high-volume environments.
• Experience with SEPA transfers, direct debits, cards, international transfers, cheques, cash
• Strong incident management, root-cause analysis, and escalation experience.
• Ability to design scalable processes, SLAs, runbooks and controls.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Tech; experience in tooling/automation.
• Fluent French and English; based in France with Paris as a preferred location.
