• Payroll operations experience at a high-growth company
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and HRIS systems
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Focus on scale end-to-end automation and process evolution
• Stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas pivot tables)
