Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting.
10+ years payroll experience, public company preferred.
India payroll knowledge; familiarity with China, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, Singapore.
Excel (Pivot, V/HLOOKUP) and Google Suite proficiency.
Workday HCM/Financials familiarity a plus; payroll compliance expertise.
Leadership: change management, proactive, collaborative.
