Strategic partner in data for the people team
Provide signals to leaders to drive performance and retention

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in people analytics or related analytics
Draft people data narratives for senior leadership
Strong SQL and BI/dashboarding (Tableau or similar)
Track record turning data into business-changing narratives
Experience building self-serve tools
Experience coordinating networks across HRBPs, TA, Total Rewards, and leaders
