Lead Pharmaceutical Technologist

📋 Description

• Leads and executes daily activities in Central Services (API) to ensure materials are available
• Handles materials, sampling and tank farm activities to ensure on-time, in-full availability.
• Ensures compliance to SOPs, EHS, GDP or ALCOA+; leads junior Pharmaceutical Technologists by
• Communicates ongoing activities and issues with Supervisor/Manufacturing Lead; addresses
• Independently verifies and supports other Pharmaceutical Technologists to ensure smooth Central
• Primary contact for troubleshooting, on-floor issue resolution and escalations of Central Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent; at least 2 years of team leadership in
• GMP and GDP knowledge; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience as trainer for operations procedures.
• Strong team player; shift work experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in leading a small team preferred.
• Agile candidate; ability to work in a fast-paced environment preferred.
