Lead Physical Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Reddit's physical security operations for EMEA sites, focusing on Amsterdam
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust physical security program for multiple countries.
• Lead crisis management, business continuity, and security incident responses within the region.
• Collaborate with Global Security, facilities, and regional leadership to integrate security
• Manage office security operations including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Provide security briefings and reports to regional/global leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate physical security with European program implementation experience.
• Experience managing multi-site security operations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, and London.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection).
• Experience in employee security and office security; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region; CPP/PSP or similar certifications desirable.
