📋 Description

• Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate Lighthouse’s migration from Ember to React.
• Strengthen the design system and tooling to improve engineering education and guardrails.
• Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and the frontend harness for safe contributor work.
• Develop and document clear delivery plans; collaborate with product engineers and solution
• Drive adoption of frontend platform improvements across product teams and AI agents.

• Senior-level frontend engineering with proven ability to translate goals into outcomes.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience guiding patterns and migrations.
