Lead Power BI Developer

📋 Description

• Conduct customer discovery to define reporting requirements
• Advise on Power BI licensing options and limits
• Design star schema data models with calculations and measures
• Build Power BI solutions: import data, reports, dashboards
• Guide deployment to Power BI service (Gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing/leading a team
• 8+ years with data/BI on Microsoft stack or other BI tools
• Working knowledge of T-SQL, data modeling, and Power BI reporting
• Experience creating complete Power BI report solutions with drilldowns
• Advanced DAX techniques and Power Query/M data mashups
